I Korn pubblicano oggi il loro attesissimo album in studio Requiem su Loma Vista Recordings. L’album di 9 tracce contiene il singolo “Start the Healing”, oltre ai brani precedentemente pubblicati “Forgotten”, che Rolling Stone ha descritto come “esplosivo”, e “Lost In The Grandeur”, uscito due giorni fa.

Requiem è prodotto dai Korn e Chris Collier, ed è stato concepito in circostanze molto diverse rispetto alla maggior parte del catalogo della band. È un album nato senza fretta e dalla possibilità di creare senza pressioni. Stimolata da un nuovo processo creativo senza vincoli di tempo, la band è stata in grado di fare cose con Requiem che gli ultimi due decenni non sempre si è permessa, come prendersi più tempo per sperimentare insieme o registrare diligentemente su nastro analogico, processi che hanno portato alla luce una nuova dimensione sonora e consistenza nella loro musica.

Il 4 marzo i Korn inizieranno il loro tour, prodotto da Live Nation, che toccherà l’Italia il 7 giugno per un’unica data all’Ippodromo SNAI di San Siro nell’ambito del Milano Summer Festival. Biglietti in vendita QUI
